No contracts. Cancel anytime. Here's exactly how billing and cancellation work.

Month-to-month, no contract
All paid MadisonSubs plans — Verified Listing ($20/month), Custom Website ($49/month), and the Local Growth OS ($297/month) — are month-to-month. There is no long-term contract and no setup or one-time fee. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel.
How to cancel
Call or text us at (608) 571-7532 and tell us you'd like to cancel. To avoid the next month's charge, please let us know at least 3 business days before your renewal date. We'll confirm your cancellation.
Refunds
- Cancelling stops all future charges.
- We do not refund the current month once it has begun. You keep your service through the end of the month you've already paid for.
- Because our plans are billed monthly in advance with no setup fee, there are no partial or prorated refunds for unused days.
If we can't deliver
If you've paid for a Custom Website or the Local Growth OS and we are unable to activate your service, we will either complete setup or refund that payment. Our commitment is that a paid service is built, working, and managed — if it isn't, we make it right.
Billing questions or errors
If you think you were billed in error, contact us within 30 days at (608) 571-7532 and we'll review it and correct any genuine mistake promptly.
